Our estate nestled in the hills near the beautiful walled city of Lucca. The houses are both secluded and private, surrounded by gardens, woodland & olive groves. Both villas have been renovated to a high standard of comfort, keeping the terracotta tiles & chestnut beams traditional features of Tuscan buildings. All bath & pool towels are provided & the rooms have lovely bed linen. Personal touches are the welcome fruit basket with wine, hairdryers in each room, and an introductory basket of toiletries. Each bedroom has an electric fan. There is free to view T.V., DVD.   WIFI internet access for personal use only.

The Tuscan Farmhouse Villa has been beautifully & stylishly rebuilt on three levels leaving all the original architectural features intact, while bringing all the modern services and comforts to guarantee that your holiday in Tuscany will be as comfortable as your home, even in winter with underfloor heating & open fireplace it makes this a cosy winter get-away.

There are 4 bedrooms(2 doubles & 2 twins), 3 open out onto terrace area, 4 bathrooms (2 en suite). Extremely well-equipped kitchen for cookery demonstrations or food lovers. Just a few steps leading up to our favourite summer room – with concertina doors to fold back for that ‘Al fresco’ feeling for pre-dinner drinks or a relaxing afternoon siesta or admiring the stunning views! The spacious sitting room & dining room are tastefully furnished for your comfort. Terrace conveniently by the kitchen for dining out; lovely garden grass area with relaxing sun loungers and superb new salt water pool 12 x 6m set in charming landscaped gardens.

There is also a pizza oven & large BBQ. Also in-house – TV, DVD player, WIFI internet access & ipad/ipod/iphone speaker/docking station. Maid service available by arrangement 10€ per hour.
This ideal location makes Florence, Siena, San Gimignano & Pisa easily reachable for days trips.

The beaches of Lido de Camaiore, Versilia – Viareggio, Torre del Lago and Forte dei Marmi are near enough, if you would like a day at the sea.
